Thank you for shopping with us! Please note that all our products are custom-made specifically for each order. Because of this, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.

No Returns or Exchanges

• All sales are final.

• Since each item is made to order, we do not accept returns for reasons such as wrong size, change of mind, or ordering the wrong design.

• Returns are only accepted within 24 hours of receiving your order, and only if there is a verified issue with the print.

Printing Errors

We take pride in the quality of our work. If there is a printing error (e.g. wrong design, misprint, or incorrect text), we will:

• Reprint and resend your order at no additional cost.

To request a reprint due to a printing issue, please:

1. Contact us at alohamandaladesign@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving your item.

2. Include your order number and clear photos showing the issue.

3. Our team will review and respond within 1–2 business days.
